We help landlords by giving advice from our experience as both landlords and from working in the residential property sector for more than ten years. Our processes and systems have been designed to deal with any aspect of property management that the landlord doesn’t have the time nor inclination to deal with.

Fast and effective rental collection

We collect rents by Direct Debit, which means we know if there’s an issue with the payment on the day of collection, or earlier if the instruction is cancelled by the tenant. As soon as we are aware of a potential rent issue we contact the tenant in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We place tenants in properties at fair market rents and raise rents each year where appropriate.

Most agents only reconcile their accounts once a month, adding unnecessary delay to the landlord’s payment schedule. We reconcile daily and transfer the funds as soon as they’ve cleared, meaning you receive funds within days, not weeks.

Keeping up with changing legislation

As a landlord you have certain legal obligations to your tenants. We’ll make sure you’re on the right side of the law before anyone moves in and we’ll let you know when any legislation changes affect you and your property. In most cases we can implement any changes seamlessly, which makes life simpler for you.

You’ll be able to access your property information in our secure online management system.

We’re a member of TPOS, The Property Ombudsman Scheme for lettings, which means we’re regulated by a professional body. We follow a code of practice that ensures we deliver standards of service for both tenants and landlords. We are also ARLA and data protection registered as well as holding Professional Indemnity insurance. We are also registered with Lets with Pets and SAFEagent.
